When does the alarm occur?
The wing potentiometer signals a value larger than 22 mA. The machine never has a working signal because of this high value.

Does a Drilling error (drilling drop-out) occur?
Yes!
What to do?
- Unplug the wing potentiometer and restart the system.
- Drilling can be resumed if errors are not longer displayed. The wing potentiometer must be replaced.
- The machine has therefore always a working signal.
- The machine can only folded via diagnostic now.
- If errors continue to be displayed, there is a fault in the wiring loom or the job computer.
- Set "Use potentiometer" (use wing potentiometer) in the teach screen of the configuration to "No".
