Error codes: Overview

Error code Error text Occurrence Instruction for action
1 System was stopped. Connection to slave job computer (Slave extension) is disrupted.
Downloadmanager was activated.
Restart the job computer.
2 Configuration was changed. Confirm to restart. Configuration has been changed. Wait until job has restarted.
3 Input too large. The entered value is too large. Enter a lower value.
4 Input to low. The entered value is too small. Enter a higher value.
5 Error when reading or writing data in the Flash or EEPROM. Error in the startup of the job computer. Restart the job computer.
6 Data successfully accepted.
7 Error detected in the configuration. Faulty configuration. Check the configuration.
8 Procedure not allowed while an order is activated in the ISOBUS-TC application. A job is activated in the ISOBUS-TC application. Deactivate the job.
9 Speed signal from CAN-BUS lost. The connecting cables were disconnected. Check the connecting cables.
10 Error when initializing the Control-Layer-configuration. The Control-Layer was configured incorrectly. Check the configuration.
11 Several termianals have the same number. There are several terminals with the same number on the ISOBUS (Function Instance). Change the number (Function Instance) in the terminal.
12 Several TASK-controllers have the same number. There are several TASK-COntroller with the same number on the ISOBUS. Change the number.
13 The order list is full. There are too many jobs in the job list. Delete jobs that are no longer required.
14 Recording of an internal order was stopped because of a product change. The product was changed while an internal job was being recorded. Select the original product.
15 The order could not be started since a different product was assigned. A different product is stored in the job than in the tank that was assigned in the configuration. Check which is the correct product and correct the order or the assignment to the tank.
43 Dataset exists already. An identical data record already exists. Check the record or change the name.
44 Dataset faulty. The record has an error. Check the record.
45 Dataset not found. A selected data record could not be found. No calibration test has yet been carried out for the selected product. Select a different data record or carry out a calibration test for the selected product.
46 Loop overflow. A conflict has occurred between the database and the machine. Check the record.
47 Database is full. Database is full. First delete a record so that you can save a new one.
48 Access error. Error in calibration database. Check the record.
49 General fault. Error in calibration database. Check the record.
50 Error. The queues for updating the VT are full.
201 Hydraulic table is not compatible with configuration. The hydraulic table does not match the configuration of the job computer. Use a different hydraulic table or change the configuration.
202 Hydraulic table is not compatible. All hydraulic functions are deactivated. The hydraulic table does not match the configuration of the job computer. Use a different hydraulic table or change the configuration.
203 Movement of the bout marker paused. Speed too low. The working speed is too slow. Increase the working speed.
204 Bout marker time not yet elapsed.  The track marker time has not yet expired. Wait until the track marker time has expired.
400 The configured target speed of the fan is invalid. Product: xxxx. The set target speed is outside the specified limits of the fan drive for the respective product. Change the minimum and maximum limits of the target speed of the product.
401 Fan turns too low. Compliance with the set values is not possible. Increase the fan speed or change the tolerance limit.
402 Fan turns too fast. Compliance with the set values is not possible. Reduce the fan speed or change the tolerance limit.
403 Press too high. The pressure of a linear sensor is above the value of the "Maximum value" parameter. Reduce the pressure or change the "Maximum value" parameter.
404 Press too low. The pressure of a linear sensor is below the value of the "Minimum value" parameter. Increase the pressure or change the "Minimum value" parameter.
405 Metering was stopped since the working position was not reached. Lift the machine. The machine is not in working position. Raise the machine.
406 Metering was stopped while the machine was not completely lifted out. Lift the machine. The machine was not completely lifted. Raise the machine.
407 Met drive stop. Seed metering unit: Minimum speed fallen short of. Stop right now!
Fix the cause. 
408 Met shaft stop. The speed sensor on the metering shaft does not register any movement of the metering shaft. Stop right now!
Fix the cause. 
409 Metering drive turns too fast. You are driving too fast. The metering drive cannot work reliably at the current speed. Drive more slowly or mount a larger metering rotor.
410 Metering drive is outside of control range. The current speed of the dosing drive is a certain speed or a higher speed than the specified speed. Drive slower or faster or mount a larger metering rotor.
411 Metering drive unable to maintain target value. You are driving too fast or too slow. At the current speed it is not possible to reach the setpoint. Drive slower or faster so that the job computer can regulate the application rate.
412 Application was stopped due to a critical error. Another error occurred. This error always appears in combination with another error. Correct the related error.
413 Application was stopped because travel speed too high. The advancing speed is too high. Reduce the driving speed.
415 Fan turns too fast. Metering was stopped. Current fan speed is higher than the value of the parameter "Maximum revolutions / min". Reduce the fan speed or change the parameter "Maximum revolutions / min" for the fan.
416 Fan turns too low. Metering was stopped. Current fan speed is lowerr than the value of the parameter "Maximum revolutions / min". Increase the fan speed or change the parameter "Minimal revolutions / min" for the fan.
602 Connection lost. The connection to an ERC module has been lost. Check the cables.
603 Connection impaired. The connection to an ERC module is impaired. Check the cables.
604 Supply voltage is too low. The supply voltage of the ERC modules is too low. Check the supply voltage and check the vehicle battery.
605 Short-circuit There is a short circuit in the ERC modules. Check the cables.
606 Open load circuit An open load circuit was detected in the ERC modules. Check the cables and check whether the shut-off clutch is present.
607 Error detected in ERC module. The configuration is incorrect. Check the configuration of the inputs and outputs.
419 Current too high! Dosing motor current consumption has reached the 1st limit value.
420 Mot. stopped! Overload. Dosing motor current consumption has reached the 2st limit value.
421 Sporadic failure of work signal
610 Filling level distrib. tower! Row Control Tower filled to the sensor. Working speed too fast at too many closed valves. Check tower fill level.
611 Hopper almost empty. There is few seed or fertilizer in the tank. Fill up the tank.
612 Hopper empty. There is no seed or fertilizer in the tank. Fill up the tank.
613 Timeout when switching a boom section. Switching the left boom section takes too long. Check if something is stuck.
614 Timeout when switching a boom section. Switching the right boom section takes too long. Check if something is stuck.
617 Charger defective. The charger's alternator is defective. Check the charger's alternator.
618 No product flow detected in active row. No product flow was detected in an active row. Check the product flow, there may be a blockage in a supply line.
619 Too high product flow detected in active row. Too high a product flow was detected in an active row. Check the calibration.
620 Inadequate product flow detected in the active row. Insufficient product flow was detected in an active row. Check the calibration.
621 For this product there is no dataset. No calibration test has yet been carried out for the respective product. Carry out a calibration test before working with the product.
630 Connection lost. The connection to an MRC module has been lost. Check the cables.
631 Undefined mod index. A software error has occurred. Contact the account manager.
632 Undefined command. A software error has occurred. Contact the account manager.
633 Engine stop The MRC motor has stopped. Check the cables.
634 Engine current too high. The MRC motor is using too much power. Check if something is stuck.
635 Engine current too high. The speed of the MRC motor deviates too much from the target speed. Check if something is stuck.
636 No seeds with pre-metering. No seeds were recognized during predosing. Make sure there is seed in the tank.
637 No PLANTirium sensor online. No PLANTirium sensor was recognized. Check the cable connections.
663 Voltage fallen below. The voltage is lower than the preset minimum supply voltage. Check the cables and the power supply.
670 Fault in seed flow system. Error: Sensor: An error has occurred in the seed flow monitoring system. Check the seed flow monitoring system.
671 Fault in seed flow system. An error has occurred in the seed flow monitoring system. Check the seed flow monitoring system.
672 Product flow detected in inactive row. A product flow was detected in an inactive row. Check the row disconnection.
622 Calibration button pressed. The calibration process does not start. The button must first be released.
623 Check latency time! Invalid SC latency entered. Enter a valid value.
624 Time exceeded when switching left tramline.
625 Time exceeded when switching right tramline.
626 Hopper pressure loss
627 Overcurrent detected. Overcurrent in tramlinesystem was detected. Check the tramlinesystem and the harness for damage. Also check the tramline position.
628 Overcurrent detected. Overcurrent in tramlinesystem was detected. Check the tramlinesystem and the harness for damage. Also check the tramline position.
663 Voltage fallen below. 12VL below the valid value Check supply voltage
673 Metering unit empty! Bridging sensor reports blockage in front of the dosing unit.

678 Fan speed was adjusted. The fan speed has been adjusted automatically because it is outside the tolerances of the fan. Change the tolerance limits of the respective fan.
698 Transmission of log file started. Message when done. Start transferring the log file.
